ZeroWaste PCBs project D1.1: Management report (first year)

This deliverable reports on the management activity carried out by the consortium in terms of meetings, deviations from the plan, corrective actions, and risk management procedures. In addition, it addresses the comments and requests transmitted by the responsible of the Subproject 1 of the Progetto Bandiera "La Fabbrica del Futuro" during the first year review meeting, that took place on November 25th, 2013. The management achievements of the first year of the project will be the basis for project management in the second year. In particular, corrective actions stated in this deliverable to face first year's deviations will have to be carefully managed during second year in order to guarantee overall results achievement. Furthermore, the updated list of final project results, characterized with their level of innovation and riskiness associated to their achievements, will constitute the targets to manage and track project progress during the second year of activities.
