D8.1- Management Report

This deliverable reports the management activities carried out by the consortium during the second year of the Zero Waste PCBs project in terms of meetings and project coordination, deviations from the plan, corrective actions, and risk management procedures. The activities of the second year addressed the comments and requests transmitted by the responsible of the Subproject 1 of the Progetto Bandiera "La Fabbrica del Futuro" during the first year review meeting, that took place on November 25th, 2013. The management activities of the second year are based on the management achievements of the first year. In particular a set of corrective actions which have been previously defined in D1.1 were carried out during the second year in order to cover the deviations identified at the end of the first period of the project. Thus, this deliverable presents the implemented corrective actions and consequently the final deviations of the project.
